Now Hiring: Receptionist
Do you bring warmth, clarity and confidence to every interaction, have a passion for people and love being the first point of contact?
Fullers Family Law — a people‑focused, Gold‑accredited Investors in People firm is looking for a receptionist. If you’re someone who loves offering a reassuring first impression and helping people feel supported from the moment they pick up the phone or walk through the door, we’d be delighted to welcome you.
This is a full‑time, permanent role based in our modern Milton Keynes office — the front door to a firm that leads with compassion, strives for excellence, and supports people through some of the most important moments of their lives.
Who Are We?
At Fullers Family Law, we pride ourselves on offering more than legal expertise — we offer a genuinely human experience. From the moment someone calls or steps into our reception, they should feel welcomed, understood and supported. Every interaction matters, and we believe a kind, confident and reassuring first impression sets the tone for everything that follows.
Our team is built on warmth, clarity and connection. We show up for people with professionalism, but also with heart. We listen carefully, communicate with purpose, and take the lead in helping clients feel grounded, informed and in safe hands.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll be the calm, confident and welcoming first point of contact for our clients and visitors.
Switchboard Management: Handle a high volume of calls with ease, answering them promptly and directing them to the appropriate departments.
Client and visitor interaction: Greeting with a warm welcome, ensuring they receive a positive experience the minute they walk through the door.
