Fullers Family Law, a Gold accredited Investors in People law firm, is seeking an IT Relationship & Project Manager to take ownership of our technology vendor relationships and internal technology projects.
This is a pivotal role within a growing, modern legal practice. You will act as the primary interface between the firm and its technology partners, ensuring services are delivered in line with agreed SLAs, represent value for money, and support the firm’s strategic objectives.
Alongside vendor management, you will take responsibility for coordinating and overseeing internal technology projects, ensuring they are delivered smoothly, on time and with minimal disruption to fee earners and support staff.
This role would suit someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of technology, commercial management, and stakeholder engagement within a professional services or SME environment.

About the Role
Technology Vendor & Partner Management
Act as the primary relationship owner for all IT and technology suppliers (e.g. MSP, case management provider, telephony, cyber security, cloud services).
Lead regular service review meetings with vendors.
Monitor supplier performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs.
Track incidents, escalations and recurring issues to ensure continuous improvement.
Hold suppliers accountable for service quality, response times and deliverables.
Support contract renewals, pricing discussions and commercial negotiations
Maintain a central register of technology contracts, renewal dates and key terms.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and data protection obligations (SRA, GDPR, etc.) in conjunction with relevant internal stakeholders.
Internal Technology Project Management
Act as internal Project Manager for technology-related initiatives (e.g. system upgrades, migrations, new software implementation, cyber improvements).
Understand project scope, objectives, timelines and responsibilities.
Document business requirements in conjunction with the fractional CTO.
Develop project plans in conjunction with the fractional CTO.
Coordinate between vendors and internal stakeholders (directors, fee earners, support teams) for testing, pilot phases and phased rollouts ensuring user readiness and minimal disruption.
Ensure clear communication and expectation management throughout project lifecycles.
Track milestones, risks, issues and dependencies.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and with minimal operational disruption.
Support user adoption and change management.
Capture lessons learned and embed improvements into future project planning and delivery
Who We Are Looking For?
Essential
Experience managing third-party technology vendors or service providers.
Experience overseeing or coordinating IT or systems-related projects.
Strong communication skills.
Commercial awareness and ability to challenge suppliers constructively.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Ability to operate independently in an SME environment.
Desirable
Experience within a legal or professional services environment (particularly SRA-regulated firms).
Experience working with case management systems (e.g. Clio, Actionstep, Peppermint, etc.).
